FREE PREVIEW CLASS: 

Taking a Free Kindermusik Preview Class is a great way to get to know what  Little Treblemakers are all about.  You may schedule a Free Preview Class by calling or texting 818.953.4954 or emailing liltreblemakers@aol.com Please make sure to include your name and your child's age

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU'RE PREVIEWING CLASS:

A preview class is a new experience for both you and your child. It takes some children a few classes before they feel comfortable in class. Remember they're meeting a lot of new people and experiencing a lot of new things. They may want to sit with you and simply observe the activities. Some babies may want to nurse, or even nap during their first several classes. It may seem to you like your child is "missing" everything. Don't worry! There is no need to push your child to participate. Simply be an active model for your child. Quite often what your child is absorbing is best evidenced in the comfort of your home environment. I've seen many children start off shy and reserved but soon they're ready to lead the band!

REGISTRATION:

Please plan on registering two weeks before class start date. Please make sure to take advantage of your Free Preview Class before you register, as there are no refunds once class has begun.    You may join class at any time, but class sizes are limited and may fill quickly. At Home Materials are a vital part of the Kindermusik experience, registering early ensures that you receive your materials in a timely fashion. If you join after the session has begun, you may make up any missed class or new students may choose to have tuition prorated.  Please note, like other activities your child is enrolled in we reserve your space for the entire session.  With your enrollment, you are committing to pay for the entire session according to the payment plan you choose. Special circumstances such as a move out of the area or extended illness will be dealt with on an individual basis. 

ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION:

Payment must be received before enrollment can be confirmed. If we can not accomodate your class preference, a full refund will be offered.

PAYMENT: You may make payments online with a credit card. In class with Credit Card, Cash or Check made payable to Little Treblemakers.  Or you may mail a check made payable to Little Treblemakers to 236B N. Hollywood Way Burbank, CA 91505. 

PAYMENT PLAN:  We offer a variety of flexible payment plans.  Please contact us to set a payment plan that meets your budget. 

MAKE-UP CLASSES: We're more than delighted to have you make-up any missed classes at any location.  To schedule your make-up class before or after your missed class,  Please call/text 818.953.4954 or email liltreblemakers@aol.com 

Make-up classes may not be carried over to from session to session and are non-transferable. We regret that we cannot offer tuition credit or refunds for any "unused" classes.

Any classes missed due to Instructor cancellation will be made-up or credited towards your next session with Little Treblemakers.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT:

Any classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment of 6 students are subject to cancellation. A prorated refund or credit will be offered for any class cancelled due to low enrollment.

SIBLINGS:

Little Treblemakers believe that Kindermusik is a Family activity.  If a child is enrolled in their own class, they may attend their Sibling's class at no additional cost as long as you contact us first and they are not disruptive in a younger sibling's class. If there are no class offerings for older siblings, the older child may attend at the instructors discretion.  Infants may attend with an older sibling at no cost until they are mobile.

COURTESY INFORMATION aka GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR CLASS TIME:
When you, the parent or caregiver, are an active, focused and enthusiastic participant in the class activities, your child will model your actions and focus more fully too.

TALKING DURING CLASS:
Part of the Kindermusik experience is building a sense of community. Little Treblemakers' classes are structured to allow time for visiting before and after class. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and take full advantage of this time. I encourage you to get to know your classmates, arrange for playdates, become Facebook friends, exchange phone numbers, etc. but PLEASE, PLEASE refrain from visiting during class (that means between our Hello and Goodbye songs).

CELLPHONES:
Please silence and put away your cellphone for the duration of class. Better still, leave it in the car.

SNACKS and TOYS:
Nursing, bottles and water are fine. Please finish all other snacks prior to class.

Refund Policy

Little Treblemakers Refund Policy
Please take advantage of a Free Preview Class and choose your class carefully.  Tuition fees are refundable up to 7 days prior to class start date, minus the cost of materials and a $15 processing fee.  Please email your request for a refund to liltreblemakers@aol.com.  We regret that there will be no refunds after the session has begun.  If there are severe extenuating circumstance requiring withdrawal from class, credit vouchers toward a future session with Little Treblemakers may be issued.  All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.
